this is a poorly made green tea frappuccino from this Starbuck location. The matcha is visually not evenly mixed in and tastes... very bitter, over filled the cup and tried to cover it with half of the amount of Whipped cream and also had horrendous customerservice. Read more
This is a franchise Starbucks store so you can't use your rewards as an fyi but the atmosphere is one where there's lots of... people coming in and out of the Hyatt Hotel so it's busy. There are about 10 window seats, and similar counter seats with a fewtables in front. Read more
Starbucks@ Hyatt hotel Can Vancouver Bc. I went to get a kids size hot chocolate for my daughter and they refused to sell it... because the manager wznted to see my child to sell a kidssize hit chocolate , both the cashier and the manager said is aStarbucks policy when buying a kids size hot chocolate. My daughter stayed in the car because is -7 degrees outside and Ivolunteered to go get the drinks while my husband stayed in the car. Is ithat even legal do do that to a customer,??
