The girls are absolutely useless. Huge line up! Rather talking with each other than taking orders.
Employees are absolutely wonderful. From my experience, anyway. From what I?m seeing in other reviews, management seems to be... the issue. Looks like they only ever have one person behind the counter at all times despite high traffic. I think two wouldmake more sense, but I also don?t work there so I dunno. All of that aside, it?s a nice place to chill! Read more

I ordered Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. Make with decaf coffee and soy milk. When they gave me my drink, it didn't have... decaf coffee. They said they could give me the decaf coffee beside, but I don't want I separate. Why didn't they remake mydrink? When I ordered, I said all the things I want for my drink, but when they were making it, they still asking for what Iwanted. Next time I should order the size and type of my drink, so I don't need to say it twice. Read more
