For the most part, this is a great Starbucks. People are friendly and accommodating. However, today I did NOT have a good... experience. I normally mobile order for my office everyday. Today, I politely asked the lady who was warming up food todouble-toast the egg bites I had ordered. She said she couldn't think she could do it because she had already packaged them. Ishould add I get them double toasted everyday! - I understand she was "new" to the store and she didn't know me, but it was asimple request. Then, when she handed in the food she said: "Next time just put it on the app or call ahead" - This isn't a bigdeal but as a paying customer, I should be able to request for things. I worked at Starbucks before and I know their policy is"customer first". Very disappointed by this girl's attitude. Read more
Doesn't even deserve a star! It's just the start of Happy Hour, no line, no rush.... And yet the girl at the till was terrible... at doing her job at providing any form of service. Ice machine was broken and every other alternative for some reason was notavailable. Learn to do your job! You're getting paid to do so. She ruins Starbucks brand, I can assure you that!
