One of the more spacious reserve locations. Very centrally located in downtown. Close to the mall and all public transit as well... as eateries. Definitely visit them for their nitro cold brew and micro selection coffees. Had their coffee + icecream today fora change & it was quite the treat. Not too much and just well proportioned. Comfortable seating Also love the modern washroomlayout and their futuristic hand washing station. Read more
I was asking the indian girl a question. She couldn't hear me. I repeated myself 3 times. She still couldn't hear me. I had to... rise my voice to say it again. All the sudden she told me i can not speak to her like that. I'm running out of patience. Iliterally had to scream to make sure she hear it. Then she was offended by that. Worst location ever. Day 100 of Inside Passage. Okay, I did my penance of trying several other coffee shops in Vancouver. So far they've all been a... waste of time and money. Went to Starbucks today. Took it back to the public library and had a very nice time with a great cupof coffee. The signature blend dark roast might be my new favorite. It'll put hair on your palms. Or maybe that's anotheractivity. Read more

Ordered two large lattes and asked for Cinammon to be steamed in the milk. Whilst the staff were friendly, the atmosphere in... here is really dull and they put barely any cinammon in the coffee and totally burnt the milk to the point its almost tasteless.Hate to give a bad review but just honest. I really think they should get some security in house if possible (I know its costly)but there's lots of strange characters entering the coffee house, not wearing masks and stealing which is really awkward anddifficult for staff, I feel for them badly. The employees are efficient and swift! You wouldn't have to wait long inline! The best part though is their app! If you order online through their app, you don't have to wait after reaching!
