Ordered a drink at this location today... I heard the barista that dealt with my drink comment "YOLO" to the other baristas... since my order was quite long. I don't want to make a big deal out of that since it wasn't the main issue, but it wasunnecessary. Anyway, I found a strand of her hair in my drink and had to toss it out. I noticed as soon as I crossed the streetand couldn't go back to ask for a new one since I was in a rush to get to an appointment. This place used be my favorite coffee stop, not anymore. They are always busy and I really don?t understand why they cant manage... it better than now!! Definitely it had poor management, this is not about people who work there, they always do their best tohelp customers. I think its about the way it being managed. I would not recommend it, if you are in rush, wanna grab tour coffeeor breakfast and move on with your day, this is not your place. I would use the one block down in Alberni, Urban fair Starbucks.Quiet and better and no long line up. Read more

My drink was just not full. I mobile ordered a pumpkin spice latte with whipped cream and walked back home, which is a 10 minute... walk. Something felt odd so I decided to open it up and saw that it was 2 inches emptier than it should've been. Even acceptingthat the whipped cream could've melted, the remaining space is just not acceptable for how expensive lattes are nowadays. It'sdisappointing. Read more
