Best customer service I?ve had at a starbucks, baristas are always friendly, they even hand out samples sometimes!

This location and Starbucks in general has really gone downhill in the last several months. The only food that was actually good... isn't on the menu anymore and they can't even prepare the food they do have properly. Read more
I went here yesterday on July 18 in the evening and I?m not sure if it was the manager but I was having the worst day I had to... use the internet there to pay my own wifi bill because it got cut off. I was so flustered. I bought a sandwich and after I wentto get a drink and I was having issues with my card. They gave me my drink for free and said ?we noticed you went having thebest day and we hope it gets better? it honestly brought me to tears at a point in my life where I thought things couldn?t getworse. It gave me hope that there are still amazing people out there. I know that sounds dramatic but sometimes a small gestureof kindness can go such a long way. I went to this location and I normally get a grande ice caramel macchiato in the trenta cup and everything was fine until I... visited today. One of the barista in the store told me that ?it is illegal to make grande in the trenta cup? I was sodisappointed because from what I been told, ? Your standard go-to place to get coffee. This location is airy, clean, and quite spacious. Located in the Opsal building, it has... a couple of panels on display explaining the history of this area. I come here pretty often and the place is great????. The staff is really friendly and one of the workers there used to give me... a broken cake pop as well as a normal one for the same price. There was once a mix up with my order and the staff was reallysweet immediately taking back my drink and made me the correct order. I will continue to order from this location?? Read more
