I'm not the one to give reviews but this one is just disappointing. Bought drinks and got a drink that's almost completely full... of ice! I was fine with it but wanted to have water to add to it. So I asked for a cup of water and a barista, female withblack hair in a ponytail, rudely said I have to go to the cashier and as they point they said, "Actually can you just line upthere?" I don't get why I have to be treated like that for a cup of water ??????? Read more
This starbucks branch is located right beside the historic gas clock. ???? As other reviewers have said, they are kind to the... homeless in the area. An unfortunate side effect of this however, is that it was completely full with very little room to walk,and a line for the bathroom that went almost to the door. The line was so long that even with 2 bathrooms, it took 30 minutes ofwaiting to get to the bathroom. I'm sure they do try to keep it clean, but with all of the people using the washroom, it was nota pleasant experience once we got to actually use it. Read more
We went to this Starbucks outlet today! The place was clean. Their seating arrangement is good! Their service is quick. Our... drinks tasted great! The washroom there, though, is another story. There was a queue outside the washroom. We had to wait foraround 15 minutes to use the bathroom. It wasn't very clean and stank! Other than that, this location is great! Read more
Regular and busy Starbucks. It is very convenient as it is right at the heart of Gastown as just beside the famous old clock.... But it is not a quiet place, so if you are looking for a cozy working /studying place, this is not your spot ? otherwise (staff,velocity) the same as others. Read more
Friendly and efficient service mids of Bering very busy. Good place to watch the clock and get in the sounds and sights of old... town Vancouver. Sat outside with a good view of the clock and enjoyed a cup of coffee and a sandwich. I love this Starbucks! If you're traveling to Vancouver it's a must. It's the perfect location with the flavors, colours, &... sounds of old Vancouver in the middle of Gastown. You can enjoy treats, specialty tea, a hot Latte, and conversation in a cozylaid back atmosphere. There's lot of seating inside, or enjoy the moments on the sidewalk or patio while taking in the views.The Famous Steam Clock is just across the lane as well as many other gems to see. I strongly recommend this Starbucks. Read more
I ordered soy matcha latte this morning, the till person is nice and friendly. The overall service was great. However, the... drink was not ok. Matcha power was not mixed with milk. I got the unmelted power on my first sip?can you make sure the drink isat good quality to hand out to customer?Thanks. Read more
