Cashier looked tired so maybe just a bad day or something which is why I put the two stars. But she made the wrong drink for me,... then when I politely pointed it out she acted as if I was being unreasonable. She didn't apologize, acted as if I should beapologizing to her for her mistake. All I expect is at least a neutral attitude for something I paid for. Not irritable as if mybusiness is an inconvenience. Read more

First time here and I almost cried because the barista was so rude. I don?t often have Starbucks and just wanted a smoothie coz... my jaw and teeth hurt so I couldn?t eat. Then when I asked her to take the whipped cream out, she got upset and said I should?vetold the other girl. Don?t really know what?s the big deal to ask her a small favour like that. This place is great the employees were so happy and polite. Wish I had a photo for you but wasn't able to grab one was a drive... thru. But I will say the black icedtea lemonade was awesome. And my daughter's vanilla bean frappe was very good to.Definitely will go back to this spot. Read more
