I am not a "usual" Starbuck user, I usually get a cold brew but it's too cold for a cold coffee. I cannot believe that you are... now doing like Tim Hortons and adding the cream/sugar for us instead of having a station. My coffee is bitter, your barista wasalready somewhat annoyed I didn't know how many cream/sugar I wanted and now I have to go back to ask for more. It is veryinconvenient & not what I have seen in previous starbuck experience. Is this a cross the chain? Read more
Went here and the person taking my order was excellent as well the person who made my order, was quick and tasty.
The staff spend more time socializing with customers while there?s a long queue of customers waiting. I understand the level of... engagement that happens but sometimes employees need to read the room. Read more
We all know how things have headed down hill now days.. Starbucks is no exception!.. What happened to being fun, friendly... welcoming as being part of the deal going to places like coffee shops?. Instead, they have brought in outdoor chairs thateveryone agrees are incredibly uncomfortable 'so ppl don't stay to enjoy some coffee time'.. Big moves down hill.. One mightthink they would have got the message closing 130 stores recently.. obviously not.. HQ is not hearing none of it, instead deniesand lies.. Slow service. Strawberry Acai drink tastes like plain water. Worst Starbucks drink I?ve ever had.
Service is friendly and fast and accurate and good. They're the only Starbucks in this area, and quite possibly the only... Starbucks in this universe, who automatically give you a fork with your coffee cake. I wish I could give them a sixth star,just for that, 'cause God knows they deserve it. Read more
My fave Starbucks. So glad there's seating again, limited but it's a blessing in this heat. Staff were super nice and... accommodating, recommending drinks (thanks Jules!) and being patient with the scanning. Live long and prosper Bentall bucks! Read more
I was quite impressed with this Starbucks location, line up was long but I was out of there in just about 5-7 minutes. The... baristas were very nice and made the drinks well. I guess the good thing about this location is that it doesn't have drivethrough and it's not under staff. The place itself was clean and tidy. Read more
