Slow sevice. Coffee was so hot it wasn't drinkable for awhile, when a customer has a thermal tumbler there is no need to make it... extra hot unless they ask, and i didn't. I emailed Starbucks actually to let them know that when they have staff that wouldrather stand around and talk to each other then help customers its what holds up their drive thru and walk in. I was notimpressed. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 20yrs but lately staffing is making it hard to keep going to somelocations. Read more

Shout out to the barista who, when they ran out of cold brew and she offered to let me pick something... else (after mobile order), I said ?surprise me?, and I have no idea what she made but it was frickin delicious. Staff is great! Very friendly and welcoming. However we've found the specialty drinks from this location to be consistently... weak/bordering on flavorless, and not at all like other locations. This is over the course of around 10 orders over the lastyear or so. Having said that, even though its a bit of a walk, I took my drink back today and they remade it properly withoutissue and that certainly goes a long way. Thanks! Read more
Very busy location next to Indigo. Coffee is always perfect at Starbucks. The wait was over 20minutes here. Make sure you have... time when you visit. Read more

coffee and customer service is great! But this store get VERY busy. I mobile ordered one day and it still took half an hour.... Hard to gauge how busy it will be and mobile ordering doesn?t always ensure you?ll get your drink in the allotted time it saysin the app. Read more
