This is consistently one of the best Starbucks in the city. The staff are so sweet and efficient.
Slowest and worst service I've ever experienced. Buying a dripped coffee, which is supposed to be fastest drink. However, no one... helped me, and left there with no coffee and disappointment. Great place to buy coffee
Normally the staff here are great, and I go 2 or 3 times a day for iced chai lattes, easily spending $30 a day - more if I also... buy breakfast and lunch. I bring a reusable Starbucks cold cup, and usually they'll refill my drink even if there's still ice inthe bottom. I just went back to buy a refill and they refused to use my cup. So much for their previous great service andconvenient location near the IT Help Desk I regularly work at. Guess the Tim Horton's or the Student Union Cafe will get mybusiness now. Read more
