Barista does not pay attention to detail and told my ready was not ready when it's just sitting there. Mobile ordered ahead of... time as well. Told barista my name clearly too. After 5 minutes request her to check again and she gave me the drink that wassitting there when I first asked her. Asked for a straw and gave me attitude. Used to be a barista... The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I wasn?t fully pleased with my tall matcha order and a barista with long black hair... recognized and got me a new venti matcha latte. It was around 5:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. She was charming and lovely.Thanks a lot. Read more
The staff are quite nice, but the furniture is not comfortable and this place has only ONE bathroom open (there are actually 2... but one is perpetually "out of order") . The power outlets are so old and loose your charger might fall out! 1- Today dropped in to get my coffee in the morning, the barista was nice, sweet and charming, my apologize ahead cause I forgot... her name. (I?ll check tomorrow) 2- Everyday after my work I like to stop by and get a true north blend to keep working in mystudies, however, they don?t brew coffee after 3 pm. Great location on Cambie and 39th. Quite busy but lots of in and outs. Seats become available fast. The staff and baristas are... very friendly and efficient. The location is very clean and well kept. Good for people and car watching. Residential streetparking. Read more
I wish there was a digital screen to show if your drink is ready instead of employees yelling it out. Busy location! The tables... are a little dirty sometimes when the employees are busy constantly making drinks but that's not the worker's fault. Lovepumpkin spice latte ???? Read more
