It's a funny location, basically part of the Canadian Tire parking garage. Once you walk inside, however, it's bright and... welcoming. There's loads of seating, especially small tables for parties of two. Staff are cheerful and make the drinks verywell and fairly quickly. Considering it's not fresh, I do like the food, at Starbucks, but why they had to take away thechocolate chunk muffin and oat fudge bar, and leave us with those little vanilla scones, I'll never understand. I do haveanother issue with Starbucks, in general: if you're going to start charging a "cup fee" (25 cents), the day after Red Cup Day,maybe the red cups should have been nicer-looking? And if it's a matter of ecology, then the food shouldn't all be individuallywrapped in plastic, eh? But this is a good location, and Starbucks is still loads better than both Blenz and Waves, so, youknow, five stars, absolutely. Read more

They still haven?t fix the lid or cup issue and it?s been 2 years. I stop after a few incidents when the lead will start to leak... no matter how much I close it, One incident where it started to leak close to the electronic on my car where the gear andcontrols are and if that goes there, it will be an expensive repair. I came back last week and thought that maybe new batchesof lid and cups but still the same, I?m shock that people hasn?t complain or maybe sue them if their car gets coffee damagespecially when you start driving it will not just leak on the cup holder. Above and beyond service by the girls there. I ordered something. Just to find out that was not exactly what I was expecting,... they offered to prepare me a new drink free of charge, I declined as didn't want them to waste it, but they insisted. Wecompromised to modify my already prepared drink with a shot of coffee. Amazing service. Read more

Service and coffee is good. Friendly place and wheelchair accessible. The only thing for me to kindly ask the owner to improve... is the Hand Dryer. It is literally above the used toilet paper basket and when activating it, the used toilet paper flies untoyour face and hands. It was disgusting. Room for improvement? I will check in a month. It used to be a wonderful Starbucks! Not anymore. The new manager charges you for extra cups, negotiate how much cream you need... for your coffee, and doesn't want to give you a refill.
