1st issue-5-7 employees, and 1 girl is taking orders, making drinks and getting food. Not acceptable. 2nd issue- I understand... being friendly, but employees need to understand time management better. You take 5 mins, to get the one customers order allready, than start having a conversation with the next customer making me and other wait another approx 5mins, guy ordered 1coffee, keep the line moving. 3rd issue- needs to be more room for people to wait for their drinks, I recommend moving thewaiting area away from the front door and moving some tables away. extremely slow and unfortunately unfriendly as well. waited for my coffee in a personal cup and when they finally got to me, she... told me to rinse my cup out in the bathroom and come back. we had waited long enough at that point and just left despite payingfor the drink. maybe need more staff for the busy coffee period (Friday 7am). Nice design, easy parking, large Starbucks! Lots of seating with a new hip design
This location follows the COVID protocols well. There were two hand sanitizer dispensers near the entrance and exit. Also, the... ordering and waiting lines were separated to keep people socially distanced. The staffs are so friendly every time I visit. Ireally appreciate them keeping up a good attitude during this difficult time. I would love to come here more often. Read more

The best Starbucks I have ever stepped foot in. Most seats have charging ports (under the table). This is amazing. The perfect... spot to study, read newspaper, get work done, or meet up. The atmosphere is conducive to being productive. The lighting is greatfrom the large windows on two sides (corner store). The open space and high ceiling makes it very relaxing. The large 6-persontables makes good use of the space. (Up to 6 groups of people can study vs. the traditional 2-person table which makes sharing atable too intimate). Since this location opened it has become my favourite Starbucks. I am here every weekday. The morning manager Mel is super... friendly. The space is beautiful. To top it off, there is an enormous mermaid mural along two walls. Great coffee. Great space. Read more
