The food here tastes old. Service is mediocre at best.

I never leave reviews, but the barista here made me feel so awful and humiliated I can?t just let this go. I asked for cream in... my coffee at the register, but there wasn?t any when I got it. I politely asked for some in there, and the barista rolled hereyes and yelled at me in front of many other customers about how I have to say at the register if I want cream. I honestlythought this was a joke because she was so agitated over this. I told her I did say and she simply yelled at me saying that Ididn?t. I don?t mind when baristas are grumpy when they?re busy, but her attitude was something I have never seen anywhere inthe service industry. Coffee wasn?t even that good. Read more

Worst Starbucks location in the entire province. Why would you hire these old, rude and careless people when there are so many... students you can hire, students who are willing to work hard. There is yelling everyday during lunch time here. The same groupof people, yelling at each other to take orders. The person who ask you for your name does not write your name down, insteadspells it out (yelling) at another to do so. Read more

Some of the staff show antagonistic attitude based on personal bias. I politely handled the empty milk thermos to be refilled,... but the staff gave me very unpleasant rude look. While other customers was greeted with smile and welcomed, when it's my turn nosmile at all. Read more

The russian worker is very aggressive, unfriendly, looks mad all the time and talks behind other workers back. It?s not pleasant... to go there and get my coffee every morning but that?s the closest SB to my work office. Read more

Run by UBC food service and not a true Starbucks. Lacks mobile phone scanner so paying by phone is needlessly complicated. They... need to type in the card number by hand. I don't recommend going at 10 to the hour as the line is usually crazy Read more
