Had a really great short visit here. We stopped by on a weeknight in the evening, maybe with 30 mins before they close and we... did not feel rushed at all. Instead, the staff was kind and eager to help us. Nice looking ShareTea location! We enjoyed our hottaro and classic pearl milk tea. Read more
The staff at this location are incredibly kind and helpful. My partner has several allergies, and the staff went out of their... way to make sure she could safely consume one of their drinks. It was the first bubble tea she had in nine years, and she was sohappy! Every time I enter the store, the staff are friendly, and they even remember our order. Thank you! Read more
Update: I?m changing the review because this place has really good attitude toward clients feedback. The staff apologized many... time for my previous experience and offered free drink to make up the ones I didn?t get chance to enjoy. ???????? It?s not thefirst time I come to ShareTea, but it?s the first I saw a milk tea package like this... the lid is loose so the store needs totape it??? And obvious the tape didn?t work well so picture 1 happened. ????and no tray for several drinks?? Read more
I was so excited to have a Sharetea open near me, but this location has exceeded all my expectations! Not only are the drinks... consistently delicious but the service and staff are the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. I first went induring their soft opening and have been consistently visiting them since, the staff has always been welcoming and friendly.Honestly not just the best service I've ever received in a bubbletea shop, but some of the best I have ever seen in a grab & gotype of place. The staff is always helpful, patient and willing to answer any questions you have. This is a place I highlyrecommend! I rarely rave about places because I am fairly picky but after so many visits here, I can't be happier with them.Thanks. I was happy to find out that Sharetea was opening around my neighbourhood! I went to Sharetea during their soft opening and was... surprised how well of customer service I received during my visit. The cashier who took my order was really nice and offered mewifi password while I'm waiting for my order. I guess I went right when they opened the store, their regular pearls weren'tready yet while I was ordering. I told the cashier I didn't mind waiting for the pearls to be ready. As my order was almostcomplete, the cashier told me gave me extra pearls for the inconvenience. I thought that was a great gesture and was thankfulfor the extra pearls! I like how they have a closet area where you can hang your jacket when you're staying in. Read more
Nothing special. They couldn't do hot milk tea because the machine wasn't working. They used tape to seal a small hole in the... lid. $7 for milk tea with pearls. Not sure why this place has higher ratings than other places which are the same or better. Read more
