Went for a big family dinner at Shanghai Lu Restaurant and ordered, in advance, the king crab & peking duck dinner (for 10... people). Cost was roughly $800. - Five kinds of cold cut platter - Steamed king crab claw with garlic - garlic sauce on top wasmarvelous. The king crab was slightly sweet, decadent and fresh. - Sautéed king crab feet with pepper salt - Fried rice on kingcrab shell with Portuguese sauce - Crispy duck skin with steamed flour pancake - Duck meat - Duck bone & tofu soup - Specialcrispy skin salted chicken - Braised mixed mushroom with pea tips - Dessert - we were given baked tapioca pudding Was anenjoyable feast at SLR but be ready to shell out those hundies. 3.5 stars. I've come here a few times for dinner with family. They have great deals on shellfish dishes. We usually come here for their... lobster or King crab deals. They have great prices for set courses! Read more

Came here for the king crab set menu for 6 people. Food was tasty, and portions were big. Service was great as well. The prices... are much better than other Chinese seafood restaurants, and yet the quality was above average. Would definitely come back, andwould recommend this restaurant to others. Bonus was the free restaurant parking, which is almost unheard of on Broadway. Read more

Foods are amazing. Loved it but service is terrible. I had to call the server several times to get his attention to get drinks... and water. I went to this place for very fast time. Never had asian food before. I would love to have food again there but Ihave to think as well about the service i am gonna receive. Read more
We love this dim sum place. The service is excellent. The price is reasonable and the dim sum is delicious. And the stuff are... also very honest. One time I left my credit card at the table and the stuff actually ran outside to give me back my card eventhough I was already a block away. This place gets busy on the weekends and during lunch time but it’s not too crowded if youcome around 10-11am. The location is easy to find and if you don’t feel like driving through chaos due to the never endingconstructions this place is very close to broadway city hall skytrain station. Read more
