Very nice staff! Super friendly and delicious coffee. Pistachio latte and pumpkin spice cold foam was fantastic!!
Meh. Took a while for them to acknowledge me but I guess they were somewhat busy. Starbucks is close by.

! I was with my pregnant wife in hospital for couple of days, so location wise employees suppose to be even nicer to people than... a normal branch, but it is totally opposite. First day I went there, I seen a big fly flying around, and I informed the employeeabout it, he simply said it is just fly time if the year !!! Second day a lady served me, and I asked her couple of things to bewarmed up for me, she got annoyed and thrown my items on oven in frustration!!! Horrible just horrible customer service. Read more
Think they could lower their prices a bit at the childrens hospital location. Millions are donated to make it one of the best... hospitals and you have a coffee shop that charges you 10 bucks for a soggy wrap. Look around and maybe give some families abreak. Good food options but kinda rude staff and two days in a row have closed early. I showed up at 7:15pm and could barely order... before they closed up. Today same thing but they wouldn?t let me order and it says they are supposed to be open until 8pm. Notgreat for a hungry breastfeeding mom when everything else in hospital is closed. Read more
Ordered 2 hot beverage this morning at around 8.45 to 9:15 am(a small flat white and a medium chai latte )and 4 muffins the girl... got my order wrong as I got 1 less muffin than she charged me for 2 more muffins saying that she earlier charged me for 2muffins only,when I got all my order I noticed I didn?t get a receipt so I ask the girl for my receipt so the tall guy came andsaid to me sorry after a transaction is done we cannot reprint the bill so I asked him aren?t you suppose to give the customeror at least ask the customer if he needs his receipt,he said our machine is ancient and we don?t print receipts.I don?t know ifthis rings a bell but by law you should be giving a customer a receipt for what he purchased.And also if there would be receiptsand KOT being produced there would be less mistakes,And some people like me buy coffee on request made by someone else and notproviding a bill was rude,very poorly managed.they charged me 23$ for 2 drinks and 4 muffins without a bill.
