Cornet location. I was a bit hungry . Saw location many times. Finally decided to try it. 12:00.pm Cashier, server, cook,... bartender all rolled into one really nice young senorita. Chose 3 taco ???? special Wish taco was a little warmer intemperature Tasty enough, add the extras if you like. I should have gone spicier ???? ???? Now. The drink ???? Margherita wassuper tasty. Absolutely delicious. Huge burrito.. I would say the thing weighs 2lbs. The chicken was extremely tender and the veggies are... fresh and rice well seasoned. I can?t wait to try the beef and carnitas next. The chicken burrito was the best I?ve ever had!Didn?t even need guacamole ???? Read more
Warning celiacs/gluten intolerance/gluten allergy- They will say they can?t accommodate gf tacos because the tortilla warmer... apparently has flour all over it. A simple wipe down before the gf tortillas are warmed would more than suffice. Especially withthe heat. I appreciate the concern but I?d rather be informed about the risk of cross contamination, and then letting me makemy own choice, rather than the person flat out refusing to make the thing for me. Let us advocate for ourselves. I promise itwill be better for business. The way I was told was basically like: ?oh you?re celiac? I don?t want the liability? which issuper alienating and obviously from an uneducated viewpoint. Celiacs/gluten intolerance/gluten allergies (all totally differentdiagnoses, with different risks) ?are also different in the way they present and a lot of the time (for me especially) a littlebit of cross contamination is fine. You could also be a little more committed to accommodating gf in general. Corn tortillas andwraps are widely available- I guarantee we don?t want the burrito bowls anymore we are so done with it. This red burrito has really improved again the last couple years. Great service, the food is all fresh. Your burrito will be... packed, go expecting a messy meal. They also have sneaky-good margaritas. Read more

Hands down the best Mexican infused dishes on the Drive! The hand made burritos are beyond tasteful, eyes closed when eaten your... taken to Spanish feast of exotic delights! The food must be tried!!! My words could never illustrate the culinary opportunitiesawaiting your eyes, your mouth, your tongue your wallet????. The restaurant itself is set in nostalgic Mediterranean sea sidecafe with warm and bright decor, perfect ambiance for a night out. The view out the windows look into lots of sunshine andinteresting sceneries, that occur on a very busy corner on Commercial Drive. Love, love, love this place, from the corona bottle chandelier to the velvet Mexican sombreros on the wall! The portions are... huge, and their guacamole is delish! There is something for everyone here, meat eaters, vegans, or gluten free! I've alwayshad good service here too. Read more
