Reviews for Ragazzi Pizza Co in Vancouver, BC
I ordered pizza at this place recently over the phone, was told over the phone 45 minutes to pickup no problem. When I got... there I was told 15 minutes, then 30 minutes passed and the pizza was still not ready. During that moment I asked for a refundbut was told again 15 minutes which ended up being another 30 minutes. I waited close to 2 hours for a pizza which is unheardof at any establishment. There were many customers experiencing timing issues as I was that day. This place is really a hit ora miss at times and I don't think I will ever be back after this incident. I came back to give them another chance afteranother previous incident where the pizza was not cooked properly only to get another run around. Read more
I love their pizza. We ordered the Diavolo to take home. It was my favourite since it had a strong olive taste. I normally hate... eating pizza crusts but ill always eat the crust here Read more
Chewy and crunchy thin crust pizza. It's our go to when we order out. Weeknights around 6p can get busy which means about... 45-60min for pick up. Read more
I can't believe I've been missing out on this place for so long. This is exactly what I've been looking for. The pizza is... excellent and price is super reasonable for this level of quality. The lasagna and meatballs were also excellent. Everythingtasted authentic italian. The service was also super friendly. What more can you ask for? So happy with this place. I willdefinitely be back. Went to my favourite Italian pizza joint again last night and wasn't disappointed at all! The pizza was excellent as usual. The... crust was light and crispy and the pizzas were loaded with delicious toppings. I would recommend Ragazzi to anyone who enjoyspizza the authentic Italian way! Read more
Have had pizza by the slice before, it was decent. The pizza when it finally arrived was decent, thin crust, arrived room... temperature cold, burnt on the edges, nice quantity of topping. Did it knock my socks off? No. Was it terrible? No! Was itbetter than the local chains? I think so. Caesar salad was not worth mentioning, the powdered cheese was a disappointingsurprise. But, you can?t be excel at everything. Or can you? Delivery was an exceptionally long wait, this was communicated attime of order (1 hour 45 minutes) but ended up being 2.5 hours. Ok. Was it worth the wait? Not really. Is there better pizza inthe area? Not really....that I?ve found since my fave closed shop. I prefer to support local, independent businesses. I?m goingto go with the idea that they were busier than they were prepared for, and hope on a slower night I?d get a quicker, hotterpizza. Read more
Ragazzi is a bustling little neighbourhood pizzeria; even during covid19 take out service only. It was recommended to me by my... brother who's been ordering here for years but I tried them twice this week for the first time. They do a very good authenticItalian style pizza - thin doughy crust and soft in the middle. I tried their Capricciosa the first time and liked it so much Iordered it the second time. I promise to try one of their other pies! Read more
Long time regular. But my wife found a piece of wood in the slice she was eating.... definitely a choking hazard.
