Order food off of pizzahut website and they did not deliver pizza. Manager denied all responsibliloty because they used outside... source (Doordash) to deliver. Terrible service and rude stuff, three pizzas and wings were ordered today, 2022.10.15 @ 8155 Granville location. They forgot to... include the wings we ordered, we called them, and they kept hanging up the phone. Fire that employee is not suitable for yourbusiness. Pizza is not cut properly. Pineapple is on couple of slices. The rest is burned.
The pizza was expensive. It's 28 cad. There was a deals that day but no one tell us about it. And when we found that in the... screen. They didn't accept to have it. The deal was 2nd pizza free. But what bothered me really. I was eating the pizza with myfamily there. And the delivery guy just came and opened the wash room and left the door opened. And we were sitting near it. Youcan imagine the view. To be honest, the pizza was really good and worth every dollar. That's why Put three stars. But don't tryto eat your pizza there. Just take it take away. We tried to place a bulk order but they were out of pineapple for Hawaiian pizza. We asked for Hawaiian without the pineapple.... They informed us that because ham and cheese pizza isn't on the menu, there would be an extra charge for it. Absolutelyridiculous to charge extra because you are out of an ingredient. Pizza is always greasy and not cut properly here anyways,haven't ordered for myself in a long time. EDITED TO ADD: they also mischarged us for our pizza and offered us another pizza tomake up for it. Ordered 2 large pizzas. Both were under baked. The crust was still sticky. The slices were cut in 3 different sizes: double,... normal, and half. Pizza Hut should shut down this location. It damages the brand. Read more
this location has made my pizza incorrectly my last two (2) times ordering from them. it seems their priority is placed solely... on speed, rather than fulfilling orders with any care/attention. attempts to reach the store by phone are often met withprolonged holds, multiple call diversions and unhelpful customer service reps. save your money & order local.
