Only ONE reason that urged me to rate this pizza hut location. It's the service level and the treatment that was offered.. Once... an employee disrespects customers by talking rudely, that is the biggest humiliation to the business's name and itsowner(s). Not even worth the one star. Read more
I made the error of thinking:?Let?s have Pizza Hut for dinner?, and I honestly regret it. The pizza was flavorless, they didn?t... have 1/3 of the possible options, they didn?t have large pizzas when they said 5 minutes before that they had a promotion thatincluded large pizzas. If you are thinking on going to this place, zoom out and check other pizzas in the area, that?s the bestadvice I can give you. Read more
I?m giving it 1 star cause there is no option for zero stars? I highly recommend you to fast until the next meal if you?re even... wondering eating at Pizza Hut. They had no large pizzas, one third of the types weren?t available. I?m halfway through the pizzaand I?m thinking of feeding it to the street crows. Waited over 10 minutes before we saw any staff/someone come to the front counter to take our order. When I ordered a gluten free... pizza I told them I?m severely allergic to gluten and mushrooms. I received a pizza with gluten and a mushroom on top, I wentback to the counter to explain the situation/my allergies again then received a gluten free pizza with a whole container ofmushrooms on the side. Has been a long time since I had pizza hut. The dough was chewy, pizza was greasy, portion of cheese was not enough. Few... pineapple pieces. Payed $26, I get better quality pizza for the same price in other franchises. Read more
Tried to order one of their promo deals. The cashier seemed to have never heard of the promo despite it being on their wall... inside. After she talked to the kitchen she then told us that they are completely out of dough so don't have anymore pizza.There were 3 drivers there picking up online orders so I guess they had dough for them but not us. I wouldn't be surprised ifthey were just lying about being out of dough so they wouldn't have to serve us, as they are apparently supposed to be open foranother 3 hours still. Pretty bizarre for a PIZZA hut to be completely out of pizza. Read more
