Ordered at 6:00pm. Website said pizza will arrive between 7:00-7:10pm. 1hr10min....ok it?s a game night. 7:30pm no pizza. I call... the store and they say they?re short drivers. Ok, I?ll give them that too but make it right, throw something in. Pizza arrivesat 8:00pm. Driver arrives at door but then says he has the wrong order and disappears for 10 min. No calls, no nothing, I callthe store. No answer. Driver eventually comes back and says it was actually the right order. Pizza was cold, wrong sauce on theboneless wings. I get there?s going to be some bad days. The store gets 1 star because they did nothing to make it right. Theycould have thrown in a giant cookie, a bottle of pop, something to say hey we?re sorry your kids waited 2 hrs for their dinner!I give myself 1 star for pre paying and pre tipping. Never again. DO NOT pre pay and pre tip, ever. There?s no recourse now onceyou?ve paid and the service/food was terrible. Read more

I ordered the flatbread and some fries. The flatbread was not the best; definitely have had better! I wouldn't recommend getting... fries for takeout as they just end up soggy when you get home and don't taste that good. Read more

I?ve never written a review in my life but after the experience I had with this place. I highly recommend everyone stay clear of... this Pizza Hut. Easily the most ignorant staff I have ever met. There?s a public parking easy park lot behind the building andmultiple other commercial buildings, where they printed pieces of paper and taped them to stalls close to their back entrance.If they see you park there.. (and pay for the parking) they will harass you and try to intimidate you into leaving. Save yourmoney, your time and your mental health and don?t go here. Read more

Worst service ever, I preordered and payed online and the pizza never arrived; I had to call twice before getting an ?I am... sorry, you have to keep waiting? is not the first issue that I have here and will never order again. I would advise everyone tonot order their pizzas from this location. Read more

If I could give a zero rating, I would. This Pizza Hut is complete trash. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and boneless wings.... The pizza was cold, missing half of the cheese and the wings were dry with next to no sauce. The phone call I made waspointless. I don't understand how someone could send a pizza off with only half the cheese on it. After looking at all thesereviews, I'm surprised this location is still in buisness. Read more

Ordered a pizza but when the pizza arrived all the ingredients just slides off from the dough and dough wasn't even cooked... enough. Very soggy and sloppy. The pizza went straight to the garbage and no refund to our money. Customer service didn't evenhelp in solving the problem. Read more

Worst experience ever. Ordered cheese pizza online (vegetarian) but got one that was covered in chicken and tomatoes. I never... asked for chicken or tomatoes on my pizza. I tried contacting the store for over an hour but no one answered and it keptconnecting me to the contact centre. Contact centre folks couldn?t do anything because it was an online order. Not sure whetherthey have their phone unhooked or what but worst customer experience I?ve ever witnessed. Read more

Officially my last order from this place- I have a new official "worst pizza of my life". I had ordered the new Medium Pizza for... $8.99 deal, without realizing that they'd try to keep their margins intact by pulling back on ingredients. In my case, thatmeant about 3 pieces of pepperoni, and no tomato sauce. I had minimal meat, with melted cheese on a dry piece of bread.Initially I called up the number they had posted online to inquire about how you forget tomato sauce on a pizza, but the personon the line wasn't able to assist and instead I was directed to call the restaurant I'd ordered from. Fair enough. I'd calledthe particular restaurant and asked to speak with their customer service, as my call was pertaining to an order already dealtwith. I was transferred again, presumably to the central line, who again directed me back to the restaurant. I'd explainedthat's where I was transferred from, so they assured me that they would speak to the restaurant in person to assure they hadsomeone able to assist, and then transfer me in to the call. I was placed on hold, then they hung up. Every time I'd called in,I was initially asked for my phone number, so all three people had ample opportunity to call back and provide assistance in caseof a dropped call. No dice. Don't be fooled by the last ditch effort at deals competitive with pizza in the area- they're justgoing to take it out of quality. No shortage of selection in the area. A one star review would have been for the pizza alone-their lack of care afterwards should be zero stars. Read more
