I ordered online for pickup- when I got home realized the order was incorrect. First time I called I couldn?t hear the person... talking on the other end. Second time I was told the phone number that was listed in my confirmation email next to the locationwas for a general call centre. Tried googling the correct number but it was the same one. Called one more time to ask if theycould give me the correct number but they didn?t answer. No way to contact or fix the problem. Read more

Ordered a pizza online using my Pizza Hut reward and added stuffed crust, pizza was about $4 which is fine, stuffed crust costs... extra. Paid for the pizza online and when I arrived to pick it up I decided to buy 2 bottled beverages at $1.99 each. The ladyat the till added the price of my pizza to the bill, making me pay a second time for the pizza I had already ordered and paidfor bringing the total of the two bottled beverages to over $9. The pizza I got was dogshit awful. It's 80% crust. The toppings are so thin you can't even taste them. The bacon on top was so... hard it hurt to chew. This pizza was worse than a crusty loaf of old bread. Read more
