The older short man at the front put 98$ and asked me to tap my card. I pointed it out and he corrected it. Then he charged me... twice for 2 slices of pizza. 16 dollars for 2 slices and poor service is absolutely horrendous. Never coming back. I do notrecommend this place as a local guide. Read more
A great place to grab a slice of authentic neopolitan pizza on the go. The pizza is made in a stone oven and was cooked to... charred perfection. I got a slice of capicolla and it was bursting with flavours. I would also recommend a drizzle of garlicsauce on top. No place to sit and enjoy the pizza unfortunately. Read more
Honestly, it's not worth going here anymore. I've lived in this neighborhood for quite a few years now, and this used to be my... go to spot. Unfortunately, the quality and care has fallen right out the bottom, making the food from this establishmentunrecognizable from what it once was. Four, completely cold slices now costs me $20, and they keep their condiments behind theservice window so you have to ask for them one by one. Come on guys, this is ridiculous. Put the condiments out so yourcustomers can access them. Heat the pizza so its not old, cold product before the customer even touches it. These areelemental basics of food service that this place just completely ignores. You'll find significantly better pizza at any otherplace on the drive. It has just gone too far down to be price reasonable or even pleasing to eat, so I simply can't recommendspending any money here at all. $100. My mom ordered delivery of 3 large pizzas that were missing toppings, burnt crust and no response when we contacted them-... what happened?? Commercial Drive location used to be the best but now it's the worst. Can see from other reviews that thequality is very inconsistent. Buyer beware! Read more
Easily the worst pizza we have ever eaten. I normally love their pizza at the store, but the take out pizza was cold, hard,... lacking sauce and cheese, burnt, flavourless, basically everything that makes a pizza bad. We also ordered regular Coke and theycalled to say that they only had Coke Zero, not too bad, but they were warm, not good at all. So warm coke and cold terriblepizza. Huge waste of money. If you are ordering take out, go literally anywhere else. Read more
This pizza is real pizza! Like good quality hand tossed dough cooked just right enhanced by toppings. Good stuff. I ordered the... Hawaiian pizza by the slice, and they offer sauces to add on. I reccomend the garlic sauce... Very tasty. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience, I am not fully able to speak/function fully at night due to medication which impacts my ability... to speak & motor skills in general. The man taking my order refused to deliver to my address after previously had been ordered10/12 times in the past by a family member. Only then after having to go on google maps to find an address across the road &having to get in a argument over wether they have delivered to me before and reading my previous order totals and summary etc hethen agreed to deliver a block away. He legit couldn?t get my order/phone number/name anything. I?m not a bad person or anythingbut there wasn?t a single person who I could speak to who would treat me more kind and speak to me in a way that a customerwould be spoken to. This man has given me issues in the past when calling about an order or asking about dietary concerns,please in the future have someone who can speak more professional & polite to people with disabilities.
