We got sick after eating their pizza. The orders were simple 2 topping cheese pizzas with olives and jalapeños, so something... wasn't fresh or hygienic. Their "Quality Guarantee" is only valid within 30 mins of the pizza being picked up/delivered, sonothing else we can do. Please improve your standards. $36 for 2 pizzas shouldn't end with food poisoning. Read more

This is regading a delivery order. The pizza was good, but there's something about restaurans being extra cheap in giving little... things that wouldn't cost them much, that really bothers me. Like seriously?! For their biggest size 16 inch pizza, they put asingle pickled banana pepper on the side. That's barely enough for 2-3 slices, not a whole pizza! Awesome pizza. It was not greasy like other places and well priced. We had 2 medium pizzas. Garden Fresh + Original Hawaiian BBQ... Chicken. It also came with 1 garlic sauce each & pickled halapeno. The guy that answered the phone was super nice. Will orderagain. Read more
The food was prepared perfectly to my liking and was delivered promptly. The delivery person is extremely friendly, kind and... respectful. Food still piping hot and fresh when delivered; and the flavour is super tasty. Thr Delivery driver has a greatdemeanor, well-presentable and dressed well. Came to the door with a mask and was very friendly and respectful. I can't see hismouth through the mask but I can tell he was smiling the whole time. Such a positive experience that made my day. I have ordered online twice from this location. Both times my order was ready when I got to Papa John?s Pizza on Kingsway near... Joyce. Online order is easy to use and navigate. In addition, order tracking is available to track the order. However, I findthe pepperoni pizza to be salty. It?s probably the pepperoni. Other items are fine. Staff was friendly. Read more

Ordered two large pizzas for takeout this weekend. They were extremely over cooked and dry. They tasted like they had been... reheated. The little cheese it had was cooked to a crisp. Not sure what happened there. Usually they?re good but this time itwas awful. Someone has to make sure not to overcook your pizzas. Was really upset I wasted my money. Read more
