We ordered 4 different personal pizzas online. Firstly, don?t get tricked by the ?personal? label. Just one of them is perfectly... enough for a heavy lunch! The pizza was good and I prefer it better than some other places with same price range. We also gothot and spicy wings, which I did not find ?spicy?. So, request some hot sauce with it if you like your wings ?hot?. And onething we noticed: the pizzas were not labeled. We faced four similar boxes that we had to discover one by one. Good pizza or not I will never again support a company that lacks so poorly on customer care. It?s an embarrassment I work in... customer service myself and have a good understanding of what treating your clients or customers with care should be like. Ordered 3 x small pizzas and a dessert via DD at 5:33PM with an estimated wait time of 27 minutes. By 6:45PM, 2 different... dashers had given up waiting and I was given an alert that it'd be at least another 25 mins until the order would be ready topickup.
