I came here on a Saturday night to grab some takeout and it was fantastic. First off, all the employees were very friendly,kind,... and enthusiastic. Would definitely say awesome service. Then there was the food. I got the rigatoni and pomodoro with meatballs. Both were really good, but I liked the rigatoni more because it was more flavourful (more tangy I\'d say). Needless to say,I\'ll definitely be back Read more

I felt chef’s enthusiasm in the delicious pasta. The Gnocchi was probably the best pasta I had this year. It had a nice... texture and fresh creamy pesto flavour.\nDon’t forget to order a side of bread to NOT to waste the delicious sauce! Read more

My husband and I came to this Italian restaurant and tried their pasta and panini before. They were phenomenal that we had to... come back and try something else for dinner tonight.\n\nWe were lucky to meet with the business owner Joe tonight. He was great! He was super friendly, introduced the specials and recommended what we should order.\n\nI loveeeee their pasta as its firmnesswas about right that it was not too hard or too soft. The most impressive thing was the sauce. I asked for the meat or Italiansausage for the sauce because I love meat. The portion of meat was just right that it would not be too much to overkill thedish. The portion and quality of the sauce was just right for the dish. I almost wanted to lick the dish at the end????\n\nTheir sandwiches or paninis were soooo good. The one with sausage and fried potatoes was super unique that we wouldn’tthink of sandwiches with potatoes. The potatoes were fried or baked, so they were crispy outside but super soft inside!! Ihighly recommended Joe to make their crispy and soft potatoes as a side dish! The sausage was big and juicy and I did not feelit was too fatty. I personally don’t like fatty and greasy sausages.\n\nI tried pastas from different Italian or pizzarestaurants but nothing could beat this one! I highly recommended Nonna’s Cucina to others. People who read my reviews don’treally have to trust what I say here BUT you should definitely try the pasta and sandwiches yourselves. Then you can tell ifthey are good. ???????? Read more

Best Italian food I had in Vancouver. It’s comparable to Italy. Gnocchi was my favourite pasta followed by pappardelle. Food... was perfectly balanced. Must go! Service was amazing as well. Ricotta filled pastry was excellent to finish the night. Read more

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Nonna’s Cucina. I would highly recommend eating here. Fresh and delicious food,... friendly and helpful staff, and ultimately if you’re looking for traditional Italian food (to go), this is the place to go.They also have a few seats to eat in house and are also featured on the delivery platforms. Bravo. Read more

Tried this new Italian place and it is absolutely delicious! Portions are the perfect size. If you order like we did, you can... easily share the whole pasta menu between 4 people and be well-fed but not loathing yourself. This is not your typical take-outplace, the food here is top-notch. Highly recommended!! Next, we will be going back to try all the sandwiches :) Read more

Newly opened and absolutely delicious. I live in the building so when I saw a new Italian place I knew I had to try it. The... atmosphere is so authentic and homey so of course I trusted their recommendation. They suggested the rigatoni and it wasdelicious. So glad I tried this place and can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. Read more
