Worst service ever! If I can give negative. I would. Used app to place order, choose curbside pick up. Waited for 30mins..Under... the sun!!!. No sign of my food. Just saw car used drive thru/customer in store order passed by with their food in hand. Finallywent into store.. no customers inside but lots of staffs behind counter joking around. Asked for my order, just got food "almostthrow to me" and not even "thanks for waiting". Read more
Took over 10mins to get our food Saturday morning. There were over a dozen people waiting for their orders at 9am. Someone was... sitting for over 30mins at some point. Food came out typical of McDonald's. Hash browns were hot from the fryer. Dining room isa bit cramped since the 2nd flr of seating if closed during covid times. Washroom and dining room was clean. Keep coming back to this MD for their té now. Cheapest in town. Quick staff and place cleaner than other locations.
Our drive through employee was an absolute delight. She asked if everything on the screen was RIGHT?! I have never had such good... service AND, my order was right, the food was hot and made quickly. Wow. Read more
I just stopped by with an old buddy at the Cassiar Mcdonalds. We ordered a couple drinks. However I am writing this review to... say how great this new worker named Natasha is and her trainer Sophia. Sophia taught Natasha the power of great customer serviceand up selling. Since Natasha upsold a banana cookie I couldn't refuse so I bought it. Great food, great experience. Read more
Very good service. The best McDonald?s store in Vancouver in my humble opinion! Not once have I found an order from here... unsatisfactory. The only downside is when the drive through is busy, being tan in store customer, the service can be a bit slow. Read more
The food was fine. It seems like every time I come here to eat-in there?s always so much garbage on all of the tables. The floor... isn?t clean, neither are the fountain drink dispensers. But the food was fine. Read more
