Fairly certain that if you're offering walk in service, claiming online that you're open 24 hours you should provide space that... your customers are able to use a washroom. I came in at 10:40 pm and purchased something, literally just so I could use awashroom to find the dining room blocked off. When I asked the counter staff if I could use the washroom I was denied, evenafter saying I really just needed to wash my hands. Read more
This might be my first 1 star review and it maybe the last. This McDonald?s, if not being right next to where I live, I wouldn?t... even bother to go there at all. They always mess up orders, forget to put sauce in sandwiches/muffins, forget to put milk orsugar in tea/coffee. They also close at certain hours where google says it?s a 24-hr location. If you?re not starving to deathor are really craving some McDonald?s, don?t even bother. Read more
Am is consistent and fairly quick with decent staff. Pm is a complete dice roll, I know the location is in a busy traffic area... but they can't seem to manage the business effectively in the afternoon/evening. They tend to have longer than usual wait timesand mess your meal up quite consistently , I highly suggest not adding or modifying your meal too much in the PM unless youthoroughly check your package to make sure things aren't missing; the amount of times I've added things like a tomato slice inmy egg muffin and they've removed my egg altogether is quite shocking. Unfortunately they haven't made even simple meals correctsince January, it's now end of summer, this place used to be on par over a year ago but has slipped recently. Ordered orange pekoe with 2 milk and ice cream cone, 10:40pm... 5mins drive from my home. ... theyre extremely fast but when i... got home, i found out that they didnt put milk, and its not even full + the tea bag tag was inside. I wanna go back and complainbut i just got home from my 16hrs shift... being fast is good but make sure u guys do your job better. The best aesthetic backdrop of the North Shore mountains makes this the best looking McDonald's I have ever seen (that feels... weird saying that) Restaurant is really big, offers lots of indoor and outdoor seating in a great location with convenient drivethrough. That being said, unfortunately coffee was way too hot, rushed and not a lot of love goes in. Read more
There are few good things anyone can say about McDonald's, I can't think of any. I went in a while ago, a "#3 (QPwC) took 17... minutes... a single meal... went to talk to the "manager", girl spoke really broken English (not her fault), but really?
