Slow, dirty, cold food. I took video to send to their head office to show how dirty the store was and they refused to give me... the food I paid for leaving it to get cold until I showed them I deleted the video. This restaurant is located in a good location, the only problem is the way the parking designed, it makes it really hard to get... in and out on the road specially the exit facing knight street. It's mcd at the end of the day, its not glamorous food. its goodfor a quick bite. Although be careful using the kiosk , there is only 1 so be careful when ordering. Read more

Store 29166. Mobile order was wrong when I got home Received a mcchicken instead of a quarter pounder. When you focus on speed,... accuracy of the order is sacrificed. Need to bring back the old school method where you have multiple cashiers who take theorder, fill the order, then bag it. One person handles the whole order, no mistakes. None of this ridiculousness where you haveonly one cashier and multiple people filling a dozen order receipts sitting on the counter. Smarten up McDs. Read more

Not sure what happened to this location over the years, but the quality sure has gone done. I probably haven't been to this... location in a few years but things sure have changed here. Used to be 24 hours and the orders were made right, plus the entiremenu still existed. Near the end when I stopped going, the orders started to be messed up. I finally came back after a coupleyears and half the menu seems to be missing (it's literally bare bones), the orders don't come out quite right and they chargeyou for everything. +25¢ per cup fee even though it's a coupon for 2 Extra Value Meals or 15¢ for a take out bag. I understandthe fee for the take out bag, but when I order extra value meals say at Byrne Road, that 25¢ per cup fee is at least included;well not at this Knight location. Not sure if I'll return to this location. I'm disappointed each and every time I come herenow. Read more

I must have requested a... book for my kids happy meals at least seven times and always ended up with a toy that we have to toss away after a week. March 20, 2022 : update- the manager was so nice when I came in to inform her about what happened with my order the previous... night. She gave me a replacement meal and thanked me for bringing it to her attention. March 19, 2022 : yet again adisappointment. How did they miss putting the bottom of the bun on my burger???!!! Old review: I?ve been avoiding this locationbecause it doesn?t have a drive-thru. But it was on my way so I stopped to get breakfast. I ordered a sausage and egg McGriddlecombo with an extra large double double. I received a small coffee and McMuffin. There?s only 3 items in a combo and 2 werewrong. Not a good rate at all Read more

Ordered on UberEats, although the order wasn't complete. I asked for a Big Mac with two patties, extra value and I only received... the BUNS and vegetables without the patty. Uber said to talk to them so I did. I called in to ask for help but the guy on thephone was very monotone and unhelpful. Would never order from this branch again. Really bad service.
