Maxine's is a restaurant in Vancouver that has great vibes and a really cool atmosphere. Parking around here can be tough so be... ready to walk a bit. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with choosing your meal. The food is delicious, lots of flavor anddecent portion sizes although the prices are pretty high. But you pay for the experience and the service on top of just thefood. This spot is great for date nights especially. It's got a few dozen tables inside, some outside and a bar area as well.I'd recommend making reservations as they get pretty busy, especially around the weekend. Beets and burrata is pretty solid, andtheir steak is cooked wonderfully. Kid friendly as well which is always a plus. Read more
I absolutely adored the decor and style of this place, with all the glass windows and the plants. The food was phenomenal as... well, especially the hash brown. Everything was so yummy and the dishes complimented each other very well. I would definitelyrecommend the freshly squeezed orange juice, it’s honestly amazing. Read more
Very cozy dining space, a lot of details have been put in the place. There are indoors and outdoors seating. Outdoors seating on... the side is a bit more sheltered from Burrard St traffic noise but they’ve also done a great job covering the Burrard Stoutdoor area to make it more private. Came here for brunch and really love the vibe, service and food. Surprisingly they were busy but the line was not long for... brunch at 11am on a sunny Saturday but we did sit at the bar. I really liked the Dutch Baby and the Salmon Rosti was good aswell. However, I feel that the French Toast was a bit thick. Read more
Everyone was happy, the portions seemed small, but everyone was full by the end. The best bang for your buck is probably the... Dutch baby though. We got the French toast to share and it was delicious, I love when French toast doesn’t need the syrup tobe perfect. If you want to get seated fast make sure you get here before 10:30, if you show up around 11, you will be in afairly sized line up. Read more

Very cute place! The brunch line wasn’t long at all. All the staff were very nice and we even had 2 waitresses who were very... attentive. We got the steak and eggs, two lattes and the west end. All were delicious! The jam was amazing and would come backjust for that. The aesthetic of the place is very on point. Read more
This place deserves the hype/high rating. Can confirm the food was really good and the service even better. We had brunch here... and the food quality and quantity were excellent. Initially I was wary of the higher price range for an average brunch but itwas well worth it. The OJ was actually freshly squeezed, and even the basics like the house baked goods and fries weredelicious. 10/10 would return. Read more
