Rude staff. Came to order spicy chicken pieces and was told they don?t have them and they will not cook them. Then after... agreeing to original they tell me it?s 20 minutes. Fine. When I told them I wanted to use a code, she became so rude and wassaying don?t say this say this when you order. There are nicer ways to say things. Worst customer service ever like ever. The food was worst and old. Poor quality. Yesterday I placed an order on Doordarshan ... specially call in to make sure I got right order and fresh but this was second third time I don't get my order correctly. Myorder was missing my salad dippings. Woww And the good I get was not well cooked was so bad in taste. I try to call in almost 50times but no one pick up my phone. Calling in since yesterday no one is picking up like why you have phone when you are notgoing to pick it. Worst worst worst customer service. Read more

First time I ordered their chicken was the most dry chicken I?ve ever had, this would be the second time and I just ordered... through skip the dishes and made an error on my order, I have tried to call 6 times and nobody will answer the phone. DON?T GO TO THIS LOCATION. I ordered two zinger sandwiches and the chicken was raw in the middle. I went back to complain about... the sandwich and the staff acted like nothing happened. I ordered small popcorn and 6-piece chicken. The worst decision. Baddest behaviour I have ever received from any employee from... food line. She was hanging up again nd again nd disconnected the call in between. The food was very bad, raw, I think it was nonconsumable at the stage they sent the food in. It tasted bad at the point I felt like throwing up. I also work in customerservice line, never behaved like this with any customer. Maybe the employees of this location need to learn how to do customerservice, not all, there are few sweet people I met, but the ones who don?t know how to talk and deal with customers, it isunfair in customer?s side. The place is a DUMP. The door has been smashed and is now made of plywood that has long nails sticking out of it. The interior... of the restaurant is filthy. I bought chicken and they wanted to charge me extra for honey mustard sauce. Do they thinkthey're in Europe? 25 cents if you want a paper bag to carry your food out, if you prefer to dine in a sanitary environment. Absolutely disgusting. Needless to say, I won't be returning. ???? Congratulation, once you read this post, you are only one step away from all the troubles and frustrations. The last step... is just don?t order food from this location. I don?t know why I order KFC again from this location today. The last time Iordered the food and received after two hours. The store called m e after 40 minutes and said there are no delivery peopleavailable at this moment. I asked to canceled the order. After about 30 minutes they called me again saying the order is on theway. I was glad I haven?t order food from another restaurant. It takes another hour to receive my food. The food tasted likeshoot and I was like I will never order KFC again. Today, I would like to try the double down and I totally forgot the lastexperience. So I ordered the food from KFC website. After about 50 minutes, the delivery person called me and he was at thewrong address. We spend about ten minutes to understand each other and finally helped him to figure out the right way to readthe address ???? I?m kinda regret to give out 15% tips for this kind of service. After I received the order, the notice that oneof my burger become flatbread for some reasons. So I called the store immediately and after I stated the problem, the personsaid one second and hang up the call. Ok fine, I just paid for another lesson. Read more
