Reviews for Juliet's Cafe in Vancouver, BC
Food is so-so. But the main issue is with the guy working as cashier. He was REALLY rude to one of us due to a mistake while... ordering. My friend ordered a tea with oat milk and she had trouble expressing it properly (her English is not the strongest). The cashier understood she wanted a tea and an oat meal. We got the oat meal at the table, said we hadn't ordered it and wentback to the cashier to ask for a refund. She got her money back, but not without listening that "she couldn't go aroundbusinesses ordering things like that". The cashier guy said: "If you don't understand something, you ask for help beforeordering. I asked you 5 times if you wanted an oat meal and you said yes all 5 times". Dude, we are CUSTOMERS. How aboutassisting your customers when you notice they're having trouble to undesrtand what you say? Besides, you run a business inVANCOUVER. A town flooded with tourists from all over the world who happen not to be native English speakers. As a businessrunner, I would say you lack a bit of vision when it comes to the big picture. No wonder the place was empty but it still tookus 20 minutes only to order. Just a heads up: it's not the customers who ruin a business, it's the lack of them. Read more

Delicious meal for a decent price. My vanilla latte was amazing as well. However, the one employee made a comment to my friend... about their mask which was off-putting. Otherwise a great spot Read more

Juliet?s Cafe is a cozy spot for delicious breakfast and lunch in Kitsilano. The ambiance and atmosphere is beautiful and warm,... especially with the fire place in the winter. We gobbled up our food so quickly that I forgot to take pictures! But the in-housebread with any sandwich is delicious, as was the soup of the day. We look forward to going again! Read more
The food is decent and comes very quickly. If you want to eat in a hurry and are in the area then this is a good option.... Probably a solid 3.5 but it wasn't as affordable as I expected so gave it a 3 instead of a 4 as there are other places I'dprefer for similar prices. I recommend the pancakes (good) or the sandwiches (simple but good). I didn't like the sangria. Read more
