Thank goodness for jugo juice on a hot day! Couldn?t order a small of the protein shake I like so I was forced to order the... large and told the server. She was thoughtful enough to split my large order into two small cups. Great experience! I love allthe flavours they offer mango, blueberries, peanut butter? just to name a few. Friendly customer service at this small corner shop featuring fresh smoothies, juices and sandwich wraps. I ordered a small... Kale Aid juice and it was very fresh and tasty. I'd definitely go back. I got the Tropical Green Protein which was OK, but lacked any kind of real bursting flavors and that fresh crispy tasting kick... you normally get from a smoothie. The staff apart from one nice lady, are completely clueless and unwelcoming, makes a superweird vibe and their corporate communications are printed publically on the walls is very unprofessional. I've had some goodexperiences with Jugo Juice and it's rewards points, but never around downtown and in this area they all seem to be notoriouslypoor and not up to scratch with other joints in Vancouver that are offering a better product, bigger sizes and at a lowerprice. The Vegan Protein is $2.25 extra, which I think is literally an insane markup and unfair substitute! Wow.. I know Vegaisn't the cheapest brand, but I'm not an idiot. Read more
Updated review: The cashier charged us $0.25 for the cup without informing us. We were surprised when we got the receipt... because we were not charged for the cup before at this and other locations. The cup that she charged us was the cup that wasused for the smoothie (it was not an extra cup). It just did not make sense. Do they think people would bring their own cupfor smoothies? No wonder she hesitated to give us the receipt when we asked for it. The cashier crossed her arms in front ofher chest when we tried to order. She looked unapproachable and did not want to serve. They did not have all the smoothieselection on the screen, and the screen changed to the second screen for about five seconds then it changed back to the firstscreen quickly. We could not see what was on the second screen and we needed to wait for the screen to show up again while thecashier and the other employee just stood there without doing anything. There was obviously something wrong with the screen butthe employees did not bother to help customers while they knew that we were looking at the screen. Read more
We have been to JugoJuice more than 50 times(at least 3 times a week) Our all-time favorites here are: Orange Juice Orange +... Carrot Juice Blueberry Smoothie All juices are freshly made and taste superb. We have tried other JugoJuice locations but thisonce stands best of all in delivering consistent taste and hospitality.
