Quick service on a Saturday morning, good smoothie.
STAY AWAY FROM THEIR WRAPS I usually get their protein shakes. But on May 8th I was so hungry I opted for their chicken wrap.... They looked amazing. But when I got it, it wasn?t even hot eventho they grilled it, and the inside was cold. I brushed it off asI was starving. Few hours later I felt terrible, like my stomach didn?t digest anything. Had the delish grilled veggie pesto panini and it was so good. And of course I had my regular, mighty kale juice smoothie.
Went for my lunch break to get a drink + some food. Got the Mighty kale +grilled cheese. While waiting a very long time. I could... smell the grilled cheese being burnt. You would think these ppl use timers so ppl don't have burnt food. But nope they gave itto me anyways. I went to work and noticed it was burned to the bone...im so annoyed. For the 15 bucks i just paid and to have burnt sandwich makes me never want to visit this location again... horrible , horrible. horrible. Hire new staff and get a timerfor the grill. Read more
First and last time customer of Jugo Juice this morning! Ordered a drink was made horribly wrong upon complaint I told the... barista that my drink tasted horrible and something didn?t seem right based on my order! Not only was I told I can?t have a newbeverage, I was told to call head office! What kind of customer service is that ? I?ve been a booster juice customer for yearsnow if I?ve ever had a problem a new drink is made for me right away no questions asked! Call head office really ? What doesthat do for me in the moment ? We used two gift cards to pay for the wrap. The wrap was $7.88. We paid $7.39 with one gift card, and we paid the rest ($0.49)... with the other gift card which supposedly had a balance of $1.65. However, it turned out that there was no balance left on thesecond gift card so we needed to pay $0.49. I looked at the receipt of the transaction showing the balance of $1.65 (thattransaction also took place at this store) and I realized that they gave us the wrong receipt - they had $1.65 as the 'Amount'and and 'Balance' was zero. It was a receipt for a different transaction (different reference #). They made the balance of ourgift card ($1.65) disappear. We were shocked that they defrauded us. Read more
