The food at this Jollibee location is not as great as at other locations. The spaghetti was lukewarm and the chicken was also... not very hot. The skin of the fried chicken was not crispy and Jollibee is known for crispy fried chicken. This fried chickenwas soggy. Even the bun of the yum burger was dry. The only thing that was refreshing and consistent with normal Jollibeequality was the pineapple drink, the peach mango pie, and the banana pie. The fries were on the colder and not crispy side too.The flavour of the food still tasted as per usual. Service was good. Read more

In general the fried chicken is good. But it is not significantly better than other fried chicken in town. The waiters are nice.... The environment is clean though not very capacious. Read more

I've heard stories about the horrendous lineups here, so being it was around 2 pm, when I decided to get to taste these much... sought out favourites from the Philipines, offering a panoramic view of the Cambie/Broadway goings on. Inside, the place it wasvery clean and orderly, with what looked like a big kitchen crew. The chicken was hot and crispy--very hot and Very crispy, aswere the fries. I got the 2 pc combo. and ended up paying about $11. without a drink. They tried to sell me pineapple juice for$3.99, which I politely declined, Bring your own salt and vinegar, though if you need them, because you can't get them here! Read more

Food was pretty good, had to see what the hype was all about. As of now they seem to still be figuring out how best to handle... the massive demand and customer lineups. Needs some work but could just be growing pains. Not sure if it?s worth the wait? Read more

Love this branch. Way better than the one on Granville as this one has seats for dining in.

The design and seating space is phenomenal. This is the largest Jollibee I?ve been to in North America. The balcony seating was... a nice highlight. I went on opening day (Oct 20th) and wait times weren?t too horrible (45min wait vs. 6hrs when the DT locationopened). I got the Bucket Treat B for my family which included a 6pc bucket of chicken, family pack spaghetti, and 3 peach-mangopies. I also got the pineapple quencher ????. Overall, the food was good. The chicken definitely does not taste the same as inthe Philippines because we have health regulations here in Canada haha. (You know what they say, anything that?s bad for youtastes amazing.) However, the spaghetti and pies are comparable in taste to the Philippines. Masarap! Definitely will be back?but the Broadway Line construction must suck for business. Read more
