We ordered our food, waited like 10 min. Happily picked it up in the brown bag and walked 5 minutes to the pacific centre food... court to enjoy. Unfortunately when we arrived we noticed the fried chicken was missing ???? from our combo. We went back andthey immediately gave us a fried chicken that was missing. So i guess the main thing is CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING orwalking too far. Also, the fries were cold almost right away. Everything else was good. Read more

At the time of writing, Jollibee in Granville Street was the only one in Vancouver. This Jollibee branch is so popular that it?s... not surprising to see queues of people extending to outside the shop. Our 30 minutes lining up for their succulent pieces offried chicken was well worth the wait. Jollibee Vancouver?s fried chicken was just as good as how I remembered back in thePhilippines. The fried chicken had that lovely crunchy skin and the pieces of chicken themselves were super moist. It won?t besurprising to see more Jollibee branches open up in Vancouver. Love Jollibee! It?s a lot faster now that the hype has died down. Typical waiting time from line up to receiving your food is between 20-40... minutes. Looks like they are well staffed but service is still not as fast as it should (probably due to amount oforders) Restaurant is clean. Washrooms are clean. Wish dine options would be available but location is too narrow to have seatsI guess. As of August 2022, chicken sandwiches are now available. As of Menu items, it stays all througout the day from openingto closing. Please bring Jollyhotdog and breakfast items to BC Market! So far all orders were accurately received. Once inawhile they miss the cutleries to go with your order. Overall, customer service has been okay but can be improved. Food tastedgood and as always Jollibee will always give Filipinos nostalgic feelings from the Philippines. Read more

I arrived at a good time (a weekday, around 5pm) and surprisingly the line was not as bad as I thought. But of course it filled... up quickly, I probably just happened to beat the rush! I loved fried chicken it was very crispy and the spaghetti was alsodelicious. It had a hint of sweetness with a touch of shredded cheese. There were hot dog pieces in there which went really wellwith the overall sauce. Hopefully they can expand one day to make more room for the waiting area. It would be better for thecustomers and the overall size of the restaurant considering how packed it can get particularly during COVID-19. Read more

First time trying Jollibee! Went on a weekend around lunch time and it took 25 minutes total between the wait time in line and... receiving my order. Quite organized. Their chicken was tasty and quite moist, definitely living up to being juicy as advertised. The chicken can't be ordered by itself, so we had a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, which was just standard. Also had to trytheir Banana Langka and Peach Mango Pies! Good flavours, just wish there was more fruit filling inside. First visit satisfied mycuriosity but I wouldn't go out of my way to take out their food. Would like to try other menu items in the future! Read more

It is understandable the line-up and waiting time before you reach the till and received your order. There are things that I... observed in this fast food. 1. A combination of order for pasta and chicken requesting for preferred part of the chicken is notallowed that?s what ?Jason? said and confirmed twice. The till guy told that its a random part, while when received the order itwas the same part of the chicken as shown in the picture which I don?t normally eat. I was asked the staff to order at the tillbecause there?s only one staff who?s getting the advanced order in the line-up designated area. 2. Since the line-up and waitingtime is understandable you can see that there are about 3-4 staff just standing waiting for the prepared food to come out whilethe tall big manager guy not wearing the proper mask were walking around and standing. 3. I observed that the staff weretouching their face and even touching there co-staff?s shoulders, clothes and etc. I just wondering the food safe and covid isstill around. 4. When you finally reach to get the order and ask for cutlery the staff got it from her hands to untidy opencontainer touching the back of the spoon and tine of the fork. Comparing the scenario where the line-up reached the outsidestreet, was more way better rather than yesterday. After experiencing these, you think we?re still coming to this branch sincethere?s another branches are going to open? Maybe? we?ve waited to your store to open for long why not waiting for other storeto open. Read more

I ordered chicken bucket with fries and peach pie. The order line up was okay but I don?t understand why I have to line up again... to pick up the food as long they give us a vibrating device to let you know that your food is ready! The fries quality was notthe best The fried chicken has a weird taste. The pie was very good! Not the best place honestly! The location is so tough tofind a parking for your car. Not highly recommended! Read more

Line ups have calmed down, so we finally decided to go try out Jollibee. I have to start by saying that the staff are... remarkabley organized. They have the system down pat to keep wait times to a minimum. We had the pineapple juice, it wasdelicious, the cheese yum burger and as simple as it was it was very tasty. I had the two piece chicken half spicy half not withrice and gravy. The chicken was perfect! Crunchy, juicy and the spicy one had a good heat to it. I was a bit let down by thegravy, definitely not my favourite. Despite that I loved everthing else and can not wait to go back and try other things. Read more
