DELICIOUS! Five Stars Ate there this afternoon and it lived up to the hype for sure. Waited about 10 minutes to get in and it... was worth the wait. When we were sat down the table was ready with our water, tea, menus and colouring pages and crayons forthe two children we had with us. I love that little extra bit of service. Dumplings came out quickly and deliciously. Both ofour kids 4&5 each ate the Rainbow Soup dumplings. They liked each of the dumpling flavours (minus the spicy). We also sharedthe classic soup dumplings, truffle mushroom dumplings, ha gow and the Crystal crab and shrimp dumplings. Every single bite wasperfection “chefs kiss”. The music was loud and fun. It’s like the best karaoke playlist of songs. We loved it. Thestaff was wonderful and the man who I believe is the owner was fantastic. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure wehad a great dining experience. Will be back again soon. Read more

My daughter and I went to Jingle Bao on a visit to Vancouver and it did not disappoint. The soup dumplings were outstanding, and... the pork buns were really good as well. This is a must stop for us next time we are in the area. Read more

Cute and authentic food and atmosphere. I went here July 5th during my week vacation in BC. The menu has a good selection of... foods that are very sharable. My favorite food was the Drunken Chicken which is chicken in cold broth with ginger and gojiberries. It tastes like Thanksgiving turkey dinner with cranberries, very sweet and savory. I also really enjoyed the mushroomtruffle dumplings and the crystal shrimp dumplings are gorgeous (and tasty)! The crispy snowflake dumplings were also a star ofthe show. Read more

Came here for the infamous XLB soup dumplings. They did not disappoint. They even have a Truffle one, you gotta try that, it's... extraordinary. It was happy hour so we got the pork fried rice too, why not? The pork fried rice was bursting with flavor andexceeded my expectations. Staff was super friendly, accommodating. I also loved the interior, felt really homey. Don't missthis spot if you're looking for some soup dumplings!! Read more

We had this delivered so I am only able to review the food. We ordered the edamame, pork soup dumpling, seaweed salad, sticky... rice, and crystal crab dumplings. My favorite by far was the seaweed salad and pork soup dumplings, which I could have orderedmore of and made a complete meal of and been perfectly happy! The sticky rice and crystal crab dumplings were tasty, but I felttheir presentation exceeded flavor. Overall, delicious, fresh tasting food I would gladly order again. Read more

As we enter the restaurant, we saw the chefs making the Baos at open kitchen, tidy and clean kitchen with freshly made food, we... know it’s gonna taste yummy! For a moment I thought I was back to China, never expect to have such nice Bao in Vancouver.Friendly servers patiently explain different flavor and how to eat them to us. I am definitely coming back.
