Jackson?s has fast become our regular place for Sunday night dinner. Everything we?ve tried - Cuban sandwich, chicken schnitzel... sandwich, pork belly sandwich, fries, and the (massive) Sunday night roast special - has been absolutely delicious. Greataddition to the neighbourhood! Service is friendly and it?s been really nice to be recognized, even on our second visit. COVIDprotocols are excellent, including barriers between tables, and Sunday nights are strangely quiet so you don?t need to worryabout other diners nearby! Read more
AMAZING PLACE!!! We came across this place by chance and it was delicious. An historical and original place with 7 generations... of history. It's a mix between a butcher shop and a burger shop. Best burger in town! Jackson's is a spectacular spot and a very welcome addition to the West 4th area of Kits. Good outdoor... space with lots of sun, as well as a heated outdoor area. Food: try the Jackson's burger; by far the best burger I've tried inVancouver. A close second is the Cuban (sooooo much mustard), with a plethora of other delicious items on the menu. For veggies,the beet salad is extraordinary, as are the fries. Oh my, the fries. Ambience: lots of wood, leather and good tunes. This place is great. The staff are kind and the food is good. The baby back ribs are delicious and so were the sausages.
One of favourite places in town for having a meat dish. The meat is fresh from their own butchers and the decoration is always... interesting for me. The staff are friendly and the service is always fast. And the burgers are phenomenal!!!!! Read more
I enjoyed the homemade style tomato ketchup served with the fries and our server was super friendly. However, I got the The... chicken sandwich and the chicken was really really dry. Overall, the food was basic and overpriced. Nothing to go out of yourway for and I wouldn?t go again. Read more
