Beware if you're ordering for pickup on an app - Icy Bar does not even acknowledge you've placed an order until you arrive and... mention it...which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time on an app. This has happened three times in a row now. And onthis third visit, they forgot to add a topping in my tofu dessert order. I've mentioned this to them, and received nocompensation for their poor service. Food is fine but with the horrendous service, it has turned me off for good. Many othergood dessert places around. Read more

We were seated for one hour and nothing came up. The excuse given by the server was that there were takeouts that were... prioritized so we couldn’t get our shaved ice and toast Read more

A big menu, the place is pretty loud on a weekend evening and the service is very slow. Note they only take debit or cash only.... But we really enjoyed the desserts! Read more

I am giving this restaurant a 5 star because this is a food review. The food never fails to give you the sweet satisfaction from... eating anything from the menu. I've been passing through this place for a very long time with random selection to get to tastea bit of everything. Read more

dessert here is generally pretty good. I’ve tried the toast, mango crepe cake, plant pudding, durian sticky rice and grass... jelly dessert. I’d recommend the toast, crepe cake and sticky rice. The grass jelly was too sweet for my liking and the plantpudding was more like a tiramisu in a small jar. Read more

Icy bar is a family business that does Taiwanese style dessert. Other than the popular mango shaved ice with various topping, I... enjoy their home-made dessert Tofu with brown sugar syrup along with other toppings. They try their best to keep their priceslow, but still use the best fruits they can get their hands on, such as mangos from the Philippines. Their hours of operationsare some of the latest in the area, and is usually run by the Mom (the main owner). She works insanely hard, most of time she'sby herself in the back. What people don't realize is how hard it is to run a small business while keeping prices low, qualityhigh, and meet supply & demand. People who never owned a small business don't realize how much labor costs are while bringingdelicious treats to the community and making a living. Whenever I visit a family owned establishment I always keep this inmind. It's very easy to complain about not getting your order in a timely manner, but also some of those situations is aroundthe demand at the busiest time in the hottest season. Just like popular brunch spots on the weekends, you'll have to wait yourturn when everyone else is trying to cool down during the summer. Read more

Really sweet desserts (hot & cold) to enjoy! I particularly loved the matcha milk tea. One issue was the service, the waitress... was nice but she was so busy we felt guilty to interrupt her, hope they hire additional staff if that is a regular issue. Read more

Came here for their very tasty thousand layer crepe cake. It was very tasty but the side mangos were a bit too sweet and not... fresh. Their mango honey toast was also very good as each cube of the pyramid was toasted nicely. We also had their almond grassjelly milk tea which was a nice surprise and became the highlight of our visit. We liked this place and would recommend! Read more
