I love this place. Colin (who is 75) seems to be the owner and the only employee. He?s been the only one here every time I come.... His noodles are simple, in the best way. Fresh vegetables every time. The best part is the homemade hot sauce. I bought a jar totake home and have had half of it in a week. It?s not super hot, heavy on the garlic, with a smokey flavour. Clean, simple broth, homemade, filled with mother love taste. Vancouver is filled with great food, but sometimes your stomach... needs a rest and this place is ideal.
