GV has been feeding our family for more than a decade. Sometimes we eat in, but mostly we order deliveries. Few of my... favourites are Deep Fried Spicy Squid (or Prawns), Lemon Breaded Chicken with the lemon sauce on the side, Braised half Fish inHot Garlic Sauce, and Chicken Chow Mein with light gravy on top. When we dined in, the Squid and Breaded Chicken were alwaysfresh and crispy, but understandably due to the delivery time lag, the crunchiness could be compromised a bit for deliveryorders. Most of the times, we were lucky to receive our delivery orders quickly, but sometimes, we did have to wait for a whilesince they could be very busy. I always enjoy the complimentary wonton soup, hot & sour soup or spring rolls that comes freewhen our orders are over $48. So don't be shy to request your choice of freebie when you call the restaurant directly to order. Read more

Ordered from skip yesterday at 5:14pm, they handle their own delivery and I waited over an hour and a half for bland wonton soup... with off putting wontons. The chow mein was disgusting and had this clear sauce all over it which made it inedible. Theirbreaded almond chicken rubbery.. worst birthday dinner ever ????take a guess why I'm writing this at 3:40am, save yourself themoney and avoid this place unless you like having to get up throughout the night to use the toilet. Had a great experience dining in! The food was great! I like the vegetarian options some places may not offer. If you like it... not just spicey, but flavourful you have come to the right place! Hot and sour soup, super yummy in my tummy. General Tsochicken, yes please! Lemon chicken can't say no to it! Who likes fried rice!! I do, I do!! The parking around the area isn'tbad. Date Night is a little different these days but Debbie and the Grandview Team delivered their Szechuan deliciousness to our home... tonight instead of to our table in Grand View. Everything we ordered traveled well; arrived steaming hot and all had beenpacked with obvious care in environmentally friendly containers.
