The staff here are amazing! They know what they?re doing. For as busy as it gets, they still stay on top of tables and making... sure everyone has what they need. Big fan of the a chicken sando. The food was DELICIOUS. Server was super friendly, but a little slammed so there was a bit of a wait. No fault of hers. Only... thing I'd love is for some overhead fans as it got pretty toasty! Read more

No matter it was crowded due to Greek day around, the service was excellent, both girls that served us , were so gentle and... professional . We were for lunch, and they have a variety in the menu with very delicious culinary . I used to recommend the Colony to all of my friends both from and visiting Vancouver, I can no longer say this. I was extremely... disappointed by the attitude and the service, or thereby lack of, from all of the staff. We were asked to wait outside in thecold for no longer than five minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes I inquired as to whether we may be seated. We were rudelygiven a condescending response. In particular, Michelle (pictured) was extremely condescending to our group and extremely rudeto me in particular. To her credit and not to my knowledge, an individual in our group had a drink on them when entering thebar; this resulted in a very fairly given warning. What wasn?t fair was the watchful eye Michelle kept on us for the remainderof the night, ignorant only when we needed any service. We waited unreasonable epochs for our orders, a glass of water, and ourbills. Upon the end of our visit, Michelle made it a point to interrogate our group in regards to an individual who fell asleepbecause of how long Michelle took to bring us our drinks and the bill. After reassuring her multiple times that we were awareand well prepared to look over the individual who had fallen asleep (now awake and completely fine), she continued to pestereach individual with the same interrogation.
