I order from this location a lot because it’s close to my house, but they need to make some improvements. Compared to other... locations, they are a bit stingy with the portions. And once I found a small hair in my food. I let them know and didn’t makea fuss about it but it’s kind of gross. Yesterday I ordered something and they forgot to put one of the ingredients. Was notsuper happy with my meal. Granted it’s a fast food place but I’ve been to other Freshi’s where the quality of food is muchbetter. So please I want to order from here again but please consider improving your quality & quantity! Read more
This is by far the worst fast food experience that I've ever had. I normally don't waste my time writing reviews for items that... have left me less than satisfied, but this was just absolutely terrible. I came to this Freshii around 7:30pm (30 minutes tillclosing) and was handed the worst food I've ever eaten in my life. My girlfriend and I ordered one Pangoa bowl and one BuddhaSatay. Both of these items were everything but "fresh", the rice and the noodles were old and hard, the chicken was dry andtasteless and last but not least, the feta cheese on my Pangoa Bowl tasted stale. Freshii is Pricyii. Nice place nice environment but... I ordered Olive Oil to put on the Cale Caesar Chicken Salad and they gave... me Canola Oil (?). Ordered chicken but... well I think I got 2 small tinny pieces of it. Almost no dressing on top of it whichgot the salad very dry without dress and olive oil. Read more
This is a chain that is focused on healthy and diverse options. I am appreciative that they will offer such options as hot... dressings for salads, but as well I feel that the variety on display does not have some of the old standbys that someone mightexpect from a salad/wrap place. Case in point, I would not be able to order a Caesar salad here. It’s not that it would behard, but the dressing is missing from their laundry list. Granted, this might not be part of the company line, but it seemsthat there is a consistent effort to be “unique”, and thus a more regular option is missed. Apart from this, the restaurantuses compostable containers and cutlery, so I do feel less guilty about having so much packaging. Just make sure it’s disposedof properly! As well, the ambiance is nice along with the provided outdoor patio. The place is a bit more expensive than itshould be, but at least it is a good enough experience that it bridges the gap. Read more

I find myself going back to Freshii a lot. They do breakfast and lunch, with plenty of variety, but for me, the signature food... is the burritos they so excellently make. They have clearly thought hard about how to make a combination of flavours in them,you don't have to do the work for them (although you can customize if you wish). A Smokehouse with Chicken is perfect lunch,very filling indeed. Ordering is efficient, you can even do so in advance if you wish. A perfect place to pick up your lunchwhile you're at work. Read more
I tried Freshii for the first time and I was severely disappointed. I'm not one to leave a review but the $4 steak I added was... barely edible. It had the texture of ham without the sodium and it tasted rubbery and gross. There was no indication that it wasreal beef. The best part of the meal were the raw vegetables. Only go to Freshii if you're fine with spending over $10 forveggies. Avoid the meat options at all costs! Read more
