I went during the lunch rush, and I absolutely get that it's the busiest time. But I REALLY wish the restaurant had told me how... backed up they were, and just not taken my order. The restaurant was not very busy in-house, but I guess they had a lot ofonline orders. I would have happily gone somewhere else with less of wait, if I had known. But they didn't tell me, and itwound up taking over an hour for them to get me a bowl of soup. They then gave my meal to the wrong person, and had to remakeit. Given than ramen is supposed to be fast food, that was really not good. Once it arrived, it was delicious. I have nocomplaints on the food quality. But if you're coming here, be sure to ask directly if there's going to be a wait. Or orderahead, way before arriving. Read more
I tried their tonkotsu with black garlic. It was a standard quality - the broth was on the lighter side. I liked the patio... outside- it?s rare to get to enjoy ramen outside! Read more

Best broth in town. I find that at other places the deeper you get into the bowl, the salty the broth gets. Not here. Husband... and I both had thr tonkotsu bowl and he finished the bowl clean lol. Went in on a rainy Saturday and we were the only onesthere. We ordered at the counter and the server delivered it to our table. Would definitely go again and try other menu items,they all look so good! Read more
My favourite place for vegan ramen in town. It?s usually quite quiet for dine-in, very fast and always delicious! The broth of... the spicy creamy vegan ramen is beyond delicious and even my non-vegetarian brother loved it! Read more
Wow! This gem is incredible. Compared to many of other ramen place, I find that ZUBU had the best soup base. They are not too... salty and I definitely didn't feel thirsty after consuming my bowl of soup and ramen. So, a thumbs up for these guys. We willdefinitely visit them again! Read more
I?ve only stopped in here for takoyaki and chicken karaage while quickly passing by the area. Both appetizers were tasty enough... to return for, and now I just need an excuse to come try their ramen. (The other reviews have got me intrigued!
