A 3.5 rating overall. A good place to work or to grab a quick coffee. Coffee was good with their own in-house brand/roast - not... bitter nor overly roasted. The cost of coffee starts at $3. They have baked goods offerings and also some limited hot fooditems. The breky sandwich was more of a snack sized item at $7 and was ok (just wished there was more of it and maybe lesscalculated looking). The grilled cheese at $7.85 was underwhelming unfortunately despite having housemade ketchup. Thepresentation and maybe adding some stand out feature/colour/flavour could help. They do also offer other goods for sale here(i.e books). The service was mediocre - maybe because it was busy but it didn't feel as personal/friendly as other shops. Read more

We regularly buy beans from here after a pleasant walk along the Arbutus Greenway. We typically also sit outside and enjoy a... vegan banana bread or muffin, nitro coffee, espresso or a latte. As with other coffee shops, they charge more for non dairymilk. This is an unjust and unethical practice that needs to stop. Many people can?t process dairy, and soy, nut and oat milksare more eco friendly and humane. It?s not a luxury good, and I hope more people speak out against this surcharge. Read more

My first time trying Elysian. Great service with a little simple extra touch, like offering a cup of water (still or sparkling)... in a small glass. Am I in Rome? Delicious coffee and wow the raspberry fiand was amazingly moist and fresh! Didn?t expect it tobe this good. I?ll be back for sure. Read more
I?m mostly familiar with their downtown location but stopped at Fifth/Burrard to get some work done prior to a meeting around... the corner. Downtown location is opposite St Paul?s which can make it a bit hectic. Very cute spot, great coffee, had a veryenjoyable friand. The thing I liked most about my visit was the very friendly personable staff - really good energy and servicefrom the barista wearing a Namibia sweater. Keep up the good work. Read more
Consistently great coffee, beans, and service. Been coming here for 10 years and, by far, it?s my favourite cafe in Vancouver.... Just visited today to buy beans and they impressed me with samples to try and then a free brew included. Try finding thatanywhere else in 2022! ?????? Read more
