The staff took my order knowing that they didn't have the ingredients to make it, and then tried to make a substitution without... informing me. When I received my food and asked about the mistake, the man at the counter refused to acknowledge that it was anissue or to do anything about it. Atrocious customer service. Read more

Whenever myself or my roommate are craving pizza, we usually order from dominos. The prices are cheap and affordable, and has... always arrived hot and delicious! I gave 5 stars because our order has always worked out and tasted delicious, but I willmention that recently, the driver (Boney) tried to deliver the pizza to the upstairs tenant when the instructions saiddownstairs. We did anticipate this so we were able to get the pizza and it wasn't a big deal at all! Been coming to this Domino's for years now and it has become my go-to pizza location/chain. The quality of the pizza is always... consistent and staff are quick and friendly. I order online and the approximate time they provided is almost always accurate andI have never run into any trouble of having to wait longer than needed. I love how intuitive the online ordering system is as iteven tells you what stages your pizza is in. Pizza toppings are not sparse, good amount of sauce, and crust is always nice andfluffy. Read more
Only one star, and only because of the only intelligent guy that works there that can also understand English correctly. Do not... allow anyone to make your food that is as dim witted as the other characters who prepare the orders. I tried calling twice,each one dimmer than the next, and that is putting this as nicely as is possible without saying 'dumb as a stick' out lound. Read more
