Absolutely horrendous service. If I could give 0 star I would. I spend $30 on melted ice cream and was basically told too bad.... When I tried to call twice about it, the employees ignored me and hung up on me, twice. Do not waste your money on thisestablishment, there's other places much more deserving of your money. This is a bad location. The washroom was out of order and I explained that we drove from 15 minutes away and needed the... washroom. One staff member made a joke and laughed. Another staff offered we could use the washroom in the back area and themanager refused. There was nowhere to wash our hands before eating. The restaurant was not very clean. I purchased a birthday cake for my daughter 2 days in advance and sent an image for them to add to the cake at an additional... cost $14.99. I did not catch the defective image on the cake ( image attached ) when I picked up the cake. For the total costof $67.98, I did not expect any issues with the cake. I informed them of the concern, but they never responded. Why do I give a DQ a 5-star? Most DQ food I've had is prepared overly greasy because their burgers are sauce heavy, but not this... place! Probably the best DQ I've eaten at. The food/fries are always hot and fresh. They get quite busy (especially during hotweather) and sometimes the lineup is long but they do a good serving job, none-the-less. Read more
