Absolutely horrendous service. If I could give 0 star I would. I spend $30 on melted ice cream and was basically told too bad.... When I tried to call twice about it, the employees ignored me and hung up on me, twice. Do not waste your money on thisestablishment, there's other places much more deserving of your money. Read more

This is a bad location. The washroom was out of order and I explained that we drove from 15 minutes away and needed the... washroom. One staff member made a joke and laughed. Another staff offered we could use the washroom in the back area and themanager refused. There was nowhere to wash our hands before eating. The restaurant was not very clean. really disappointed :( We just went to the Broadway location last week (which was awesome) and received coupons that we wanted... to use & this location really left a bad taste in my mouth.
